The Ridpest Quarterly Home General Pest Package includes the following services:

  • Per annum treatments covering a total of 4 treatments (valid 1 year from the first treatment date)
  • Pest Covered: Ants & Cockroaches ONLY
  • Treatment method: Indoor wall skirting residual spraying ONLY
  • An odourless pesticide that is safe for pets, children and the elderly will be used during the service
  • This package is for four (4) times of use only. Follow-up services are NOT included in this package.
  • One (1) service will be used if the customer contacts Ridpest for follow-up service before the scheduled routine service.
  • If ADDITIONAL service are requested after completing the 4 visits, separate fees will be charged.

  • This is an online exclusive package that has to be purchased directly on Ridpest.com.
  • This package is designed for first-time customers only.
  • Customers with an existing contract with Ridpest at the same address are not eligible for this package. Please contact our Customer Service at 018 202 1777 to verify your contract status before making a purchase.
  • This package cannot be transferred to a different address or returned after purchase.
  • This package is non-refundable upon purchase or house shifting.
  • This package is only applicable for properties that are 4,000 sq. ft. and below.
  • Properties that do not fall within the stated sizes will require us to issue customers a customised quote based on their property size.
  • Treatment expiry date only effective and usable for 1 year from the date of purchase. After expiry date, balance treatments will void.
