The Ridpest Bed Bug, Flea & Tick Treatment Package includes the following services:

  • Number of Treatments: 2 sessions, completed within 7 days
  • Pest Covered: Bed bugs, Fleas or Ticks ONLY
  • Treatment method: Indoor water-based residual spraying & ultra-low volume (ULV) misting ONLY
  • An odourless pesticide that is safe for pets, children and the elderly will be used during the service
  • This package does not include warranty or follow-up after the second treatment

Customer Preparation Before Treatment

  • Please close all windows, doors leading outside, exhaust fans, and any other openings to the exterior
  • Please turn off all air conditioners, fans, humidifiers, and electric stoves
  • Please cover all food, electrical appliances, paintings, and aquariums
  • If your pets are affected by bed bugs, fleas, or ticks, we kindly recommend treating them promptly or consulting a veterinarian for professional care before proceeding with the pest control treatment

During Treatment

  • All residents must vacate the premises

After Treatment

  • Residents may re-enter the premises one (1) hour after the treatment
  • Upon entry, please open all doors and windows, and turn on fans and ventilation exhaust fans. Do NOT turn on air conditioners or humidifiers until the pesticide has fully dried
  • Keep the windows open for at least 1 hour to ensure proper air circulation

  • This package is non-refundable upon purchase or house shifting.
  • This package is only applicable for properties that are 2,000 sq. ft. and below.
  • Properties that do not fall within the stated sizes will require us to issue customers a customised quote based on their property size.
