Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel a service booking within twenty-four (24) hours of making the reservation without penalty, provided that the scheduled service has not yet commenced.

Refund Fees: Voluntary termination of services may be subject to cancellation charges. A fifteen percent (15%) administrative fee will be levied on the remaining contract balance. The cancellation charge shall be calculated based on the remaining services under the contract.

Exchange Policy: Products may be exchanged for a new unit if found to be defective. Requests for exchange must be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Proof of purchase may be required.

Service Guarantee: Selected contracted services may be covered by a money-back guarantee of up to two hundred percent (200%), subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in the individual service agreement.

Changes to Reservations: Changes to service dates or times may be accommodated subject to availability and must be requested at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled service appointment.

Delivery Policy: Upon confirmation of payment, products will be shipped within seven (7) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Deliveries will be arranged via GDEX or Ridpest’s designated delivery personnel.

Payment Policy: We accept payments via credit card and bank transfer. For bank transfers, customers are required to email the payment slip to ridpest@ridpest.com or send it via WhatsApp to +6018-202 1777 for verification and processing.
