Founded by the current chief executive Stephen Liu in 1985, Ridpest provides the top notch service in pest management with a comprehensive set of highly effective termite baiting solutions using the latest eco-friendly technology unlike traditional drilling and chemical pumping method.
“Our RIBS targets termites at their source and eliminates them underground. RIBS is the best approach for protecting structures from subterranean termites because it eliminates the colony, while being non-disruptive to property owners,” Ridpest says.
It adds that the baiting system is less of an aggravation than traditional liquid chemical treatments as only small monitoring stations are placed discreetly around the property.
RIBS does not include drilling in floors and foundations, digging, trenching, nor chemical solution injected in the ground under and around a home.
In contrast to liquid chemical treatments, which use hundreds of gallons of chemical solution, the system uses only a few grams of active ingredient when and where needed to wipe out the colony.
The baits can be placed where active termites are found and when colony elimination is achieved, they are removed.
