Important Details:

1. The RM50 Ridpest credit voucher (“Voucher”) is awarded to individuals who submit a Google review at https://tinyurl.com/ridpestreview.
2. Each customer is eligible for one voucher only, regardless of the number of contracts with Ridpest.
3. The Voucher applies to the customer’s first review only.
4. The Voucher may be used solely for Ridpest contract services and package renewals.
5. The Voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance and cannot be extended or reissued under any circumstances.
6. The Voucher cannot be applied to promotional offers, website purchases, or combined with other discounts.
7. The Voucher will be issued via email in the form of a unique identifier (“Serial Number”).
8. The Voucher must be presented along with its Serial Number upon redemption.
9. The Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. Ridpest reserves the right to verify the authenticity of submitted Google reviews prior to issuing the Voucher and may withhold the Voucher in cases of fraudulent or duplicate submissions.
11. Ridpest reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
