New Termite Damage Compensation

Effective 14 August 2009, we have introduced our very own Termite Damage Compensation to replace the Professional Indemnity insurance. This is how our Termite Damage Compensation works:

Just in case in the very small likelihood that your property is damaged by termites AFTER the installation of the Sentricon System (applicable for Full System only), RIDPEST will compensate you up to 30% of your 1st year (installation) contract amount or a maximum of RM10,000, whichever is lower. Renewal will also be entitled to the same compensation on a yearly basis, as long as there is NO LAPSE in your contract.

Example 1
Contract amount for 1st year (installation) = RM5,000
Maximum compensation for 1st year = RM1,500 per year
Maximum compensation for 2nd year (renewal) = RM1,500 per year
Maximum compensation for subsequent years = RM1,500 per year

Example 2
Contract amount for 1st year (installation) = RM50,000
Maximum compensation for 1st year = RM10,000 per year
Maximum compensation for 2nd year (renewal) = RM10,000 per year
Maximum compensation for subsequent years = RM10,000 per year
